Job Description:

Our well known health and wellbeing client is currently going through an exciting digital transformation and looking to recruit their first Digital Business Analyst paying up to £50,000 with one day in the office and the other four days working from home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ownership of all technical requirements within a squad and the overall digital solution developed
  • Own intersects with non-digital development
  • Responsible for ensuring a high quality of digital execution is delivered and operationalised
  • Use technical expertise to break down large deliveries into smaller interactions by collaborating with the product owner, UXD and developers
  • Define and support of in-life management of solutions by liaising with IT

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable knowledge, skills, and experience in the BA discipline in a digital environment
  • Deep digital expertise across a range of technology and up to date with developments in digital experiences and technology
  • Proven achievements in breaking down large complex deliveries into smaller increments
  • Thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development processes/lifecycle
