Job Description:

In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, designing solutions, and supporting various data-driven projects across the customer experience journey. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail who can coordinate across multiple teams, document requirements, and ensure the successful execution of business priorities.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with product and business process owners to document requirements and align team goals with business priorities
Partner with business owners to define needs and execute the customer product roadmap
Work with SMEs to understand business problems, gather requirements, groom user stories, and define acceptance criteria
Support initiatives and projects by establishing plans, monitoring progress, and aligning KPIs to track value and impact
Lead functional design discussions and develop documentation to meet business needs
Coordinate integration efforts across various product teams and applications
Prepare reports and presentations to support ongoing and future business projects
Utilize JIRA and Confluence to manage work items and process backlogs
Apply knowledge of integrated business systems, QA testing, system design, and project management
Facilitate program standups, demos, and stakeholder meetings
Collect and analyze data on current and future process states to support business and data glossary development

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
In lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of relevant work experience is acceptable
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management preferred
Strong understanding of Data Management/Governance processes and systems
Ability to document business requirements and manage small-scale projects
Advanced knowledge in Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), Business analysis methodologies, System design and analysis, Data Governance methodologies, Master & Reference Data Management (preferably Stibo), Agile methodology, JIRA, Lucidchart, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, ANSI SQL (hands-on experience)
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to have:

Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
Master & Reference Data Management (preferably Stibo)
