  • Innovation: You will refine our service offerings and technical solutions, and drive continuous innovation that aligns with client needs and market demands
  • Client Engagement: You will propose innovative solutions and deliver value-added architectural designs that will strengthen client relationships and foster long-term partnerships
  • Solution Design: Drive solution design by collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to align technical solutions with business objectives and deliver exceptional client value
  • Lead Technical Architecture: Lead and provide architectural expertise for BPS solutions to ensure solutions align with client business goals and future-thinking industry best practices
  • Solution Ownership: Own the end-to-end solutioning process, independently responding to RFPs and developing compelling, differentiated proposals
  • Technology Consulting: Provide expert consulting on technology options, leveraging GenAI and AI-based platforms to maximize client outcomes

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with an emphasis on business process services (BPS)
  • 7+ years of experience with deep industry knowledge in any of the following industries: Insurance, P&C OR (Manufacturing & CPG)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with automation and machine learning solutions
  • 5+ years of experience developing financial models for solution proposals
  • Experience communicating business value propositions to executives—both orally and in writing
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

  • Master’s or PhD degree
  • Certification or advanced degree in AI or machine learning
  • Experience designing solutions for global clients
