Job Description:

As Anatomage has successfully adapted to the pandemic, we have increasingly ramped up our services virtually to all of our clients by providing more resources. As an Application Engineer, you will primarily be working on our Anatomage Table Application. We are growing at a rapid pace and are seeking Application Engineers to: ensure high quality standards through quality testing and troubleshooting; understand the market demands through research and client interviews; and exceed customer expectations by helping to develop new features in our various product lines. This person will be an integral part of the team, working alongside a group of subject matter experts who have an impact on our educational resources that we provide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborating with Software Developers, Anatomists, 3D Modelers, and customer contacts to drive projects to completion
  • Creating and performing quality test plans/reports
  • Research and development of new features, tool, products
  • Present team accomplishments and progress
  • Develop product contents
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues
  • Providing training and technical support to customers
  • Product training and demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, or a related field
  • Good academic performance in studies of science, engineering, and mathematics
  • 1-2 years of prior work experience with similar responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong software and technology knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience to work independently and as a team

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with medical or dental industry
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and design software (ex: Zbrush, SolidWorks, Maya)
