We are seeking a Digital Banking Administrator to support and maintain online banking platforms for our client. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth and secure digital banking experience for both customers and internal teams.
Job Responsibility:
Support online and mobile banking systems
Manage user access, entitlements, and system configurations
Respond to and resolve digital banking issues and service requests
Partner with vendors, IT, and operations on updates, enhancements, and incidents
Support testing, upgrades, and new feature rollouts
Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance-related tasks
Requirements:
Experience supporting digital banking or financial systems
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with banking operations, security controls, and user access management
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical teams
