Job Description:

The Digital Associate supports the clients Ecommerce and Marketing teams by executing digital content updates, maintaining online product accuracy, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across all digital platforms.This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of product uploads, content updates, promotional setup, and website optimizations that drive engagement and conversion. The Digital Associate will also assist with reporting, QA testing, and process documentation, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage website updates including new product uploads, pricing adjustments, and promotional banners
  • Review, edit, and QA all live content to ensure accuracy and consistency across ecommerce sites
  • Collaborate with Marketing to update homepage, landing pages, and promotional content aligned with campaigns
  • Audit product imagery, descriptions, and metadata for SEO and brand alignment
  • Track and report daily site health issues or errors (broken links, missing SKUs, pricing discrepancies)
  • Coordinate with Marketing to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Partner with Ecommerce & Marketing Analyst to ensure campaign analytics, tracking codes, and performance metrics are correctly configured
  • Review internal search data and user navigation to optimize category and keyword relevancy
  • Support Ecommerce Manager with testing new tools, plug-ins, or integrations that improve conversion and user experience
  • Participate in weekly cross-functional stand-ups (Marketing, Creative, Marketplace) to align priorities and deadlines
  • Compile ecommerce performance recaps (traffic, conversion, and campaign KPIs) in partnership with Ecommerce & Marketing Analyst
  • Assist in developing and maintaining content calendars and product launch timelines
  • Contribute to quarterly site audits reviewing UX flow, content freshness, and SEO consistency
  • Partner with Ecommerce Manager to document recurring processes for efficiency and training Reference
  • Support re-platforming or site enhancement projects as assigned
  • Coordinate digital asset management between Creative and Ecommerce teams
  • Assist with influencer or campaign landing page builds and testing
  • Troubleshoot feed or integration issues in collaboration with IT and third-party vendors

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Shopify, Magento, or similar ecommerce platforms
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and email or digital marketing tools (Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads)
  • Proficiency in managing, editing, and maintaining accuracy of large data sets, primarily in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative teams
  • Proactive problem solver with a get it done attitude
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or web content management
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • experience with web CMS preferred

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello) a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS helpful but not required
