As the Digital Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our Digital team, helping bring Honey Birdette's bold, luxurious brand to life across our global online platforms. You'll work closely with the CRM, eCommerce, and wider marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, maintain engaging website experiences, and support product launches across multiple markets. From coordinating campaign assets and EDMs to managing website content and merchandising updates, you'll play a key role in driving online engagement and conversion. You'll also provide critical support across CRM, digital marketing, and site management to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and on schedule. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and excited by the fast-paced world of fashion and eCommerce. This is a 6-month maximum term contract opportunity, with the possibility for the role to become permanent in the future.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the execution of CRM and digital marketing campaigns across global Honey Birdette platforms
Coordinate campaign briefs, creative assets, and agency communications to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
Support paid advertising activity, including creative uploads and A/B testing
Manage product uploads and website merchandising updates across Shopify Plus platforms
Upload and maintain website content, landing pages, product catalogues, and campaign assets across global markets
Support EDM and SMS campaign execution, including scheduling, segmentation, testing, and reporting within Attentive
Assist with maintaining automated CRM flows in line with campaigns and promotional activity
Collaborate closely with CRM, digital, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and launches
Assist with weekly and monthly reporting across website, EDM, and SMS performance
Support the online customer journey by ensuring content accuracy, seamless site updates, and an engaging shopping experience
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong attention to detail with the ability to confidently manage large product catalogues and digital content updates
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working across CMS, eCommerce platforms, and digital tools with a willingness to learn new systems
Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of digital reporting and performance metrics
Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of online shopping experiences and user journeys
Previous experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, online retail, CMS, or ESP platforms is highly regarded
Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Attentive, GA4, or similar digital platforms is a plus
Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and the Honey Birdette brand
