Job Description:

The Digital Assets Associate, will play a crucial role in managing and organizing Fortune Brand's digital assets, ensuring that our cloud-based repository for finished visual content is structured and maintained to support the needs of our organization. The Associate, Digital Assets will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the digital asset management system, ensuring assets are properly uploaded, tagged, and maintained, while supporting internal teams with access and usage.

Job Responsibility:

  • Upload and tag visual content according to established taxonomy and metadata standards
  • Perform quality checks to ensure assets meet organizational standards
  • Respond to asset access requests and troubleshoot issues for internal teams
  • Assist in organizing folders, collections, and permissions within the DAM system
  • Help document workflows and contribute to training materials
  • Monitor asset usage and generate basic reports for the Digital Asset Manager

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, or information management and at least one year of experience working with digital content or asset libraries OR High School Diploma and at least 5 years of experience working with digital content or asset libraries
  • Familiar with any Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform (e.g., Widen, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of metadata and taxonomy principles
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and structured data

Past experience implementing and setting up architecture of a Digital Asset Management platform
