Digital Asset Payments Product Specialist

• Own and define the global product strategy for digital asset payments
• Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the digital asset payments portfolio
• Oversee and drive the strategy for customer experience within digital asset payments
• Lead the development and expansion of strategic partnerships and alliances
• Drive action and foster strong collaborative relationships across various departments
• Appropriately assess and mitigate risk when making business decisions
• Develop and own global roadmaps for digital asset payment products
• Act as a key evangelist for the digital asset payment products
• Provide full management responsibility for a team or multiple teams

• Bachelor's degree/University, Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management within the financial services industry
• Strong focus on payments, digital assets, and/or emerging technologies
• Deep knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, payment systems
• Familiarity with the broader industry ecosystem
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with focus on risk mitigation, effectiveness, and scalability
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships
• Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
• Strong understanding of AML control frameworks and regulatory compliance
