Job Description:

The Digital Asset Payment Product - VP is an important role responsible for driving product delivery, innovation, and execution within the rapidly evolving digital asset and payments space. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of global payments, digital asset ecosystems, and a strong commercial awareness to lead the development and management of innovative, turn-key solutions. This position will foster cross-functional collaboration, manage a global portfolio, and act as a champion for the products both internally and externally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and refine the global product strategy for digital asset payments
  • manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the digital asset payments portfolio, including financial reporting and achieving goals
  • oversee and drive the strategy for customer experience within digital asset payments
  • support the development and expansion of strategic partnerships within the digital product ecosystem
  • drive action and foster strong collaborative relationships across various departments and leadership levels
  • assess and mitigate risks while driving regulatory compliance and transparency
  • refine and maintain global roadmaps for digital asset payment products
  • act as a key evangelist for the digital asset payment products internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/University degree required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 6+ years of progressive and relevant experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on payments, digital assets, and/or emerging technologies
  • relevant product experience with knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, payment systems, and familiarity with the broader industry ecosystem
  • proven ability to drive successful outcomes from cross-functional teams, drive initiatives through to completion, and effectively supervise and hold others accountable
  • demonstrated ability to take initiative, maintain a holistic and challenging view of processes and procedures, with a focus on risk mitigation, effectiveness, and scalability
  • strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex messages effectively to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders
  • proven ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various departments and leadership levels
  • proven ability to take initiative, operate effectively at high levels with minimal direction, and manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
  • strong understanding of compliance control frameworks and regulatory compliance.
