Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Asset Manager to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of an enterprise-wide asset management system within the healthcare industry. This role involves organizing and managing digital assets to align with brand standards, supporting marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and administer the enterprise-wide digital asset management system, including user permissions, vendor negotiations, and asset archives
  • Develop and deploy shareable digital assets such as brand guidelines, campaign collections, design templates, and marketing materials
  • Ensure all uploaded content adheres to brand standards and aligns with campaign messaging strategies
  • Collaborate with creative services and project management teams to streamline workflows and integrate departmental resources
  • Train users on the asset management system and recommend improvements to optimize processes
  • Monitor asset quality through evaluations and redesign processes as necessary to maintain standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership, external vendors, and stakeholders to support departmental goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights to enhance marketing initiatives
  • Maintain organization and accessibility of digital assets, ensuring intuitive navigation for users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications
  • Proficiency in enterprise-wide digital asset management systems
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to categorize and manage creative assets effectively
  • Attention to detail for administrative, project, and budgetary tasks
  • Knowledge of consumer experience and marketing trends to drive successful campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across teams
