Job Description

Our entertainment studio client in NYC is seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian to support the organization, governance and optimization of digital content across teams. This role will play a key part in ensuring assets are easily accessible, properly tagged and compliant with brand and legal standards. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale content ecosystem and help improve how digital assets are managed and leveraged across the organization. This is a temporary/contract engagement with full-time hours (40/week).

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain digital assets within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Develop and enforce metadata standards, taxonomy and naming conventions to improve searchability and organization
  • Partner with creative, marketing and legal teams to support asset ingestion, QA, rights management and distribution
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management, including version control, archiving and permissions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve DAM processes through automation and best practices
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders to drive adoption and effective use of DAM systems

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a DAM Librarian working with Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Bynder or similar, enterprise DAM platform
  • Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy and digital asset governance
  • Experience supporting cross-functional product, technology and creative teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
