Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented DAM Librarian to join our in-house creative production team at one of North America’s leading retail brands. In this role, you'll manage our existing DAM system, support creative workflows, and help optimize how marketing assets are stored, accessed, and used across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee day-to-day DAM operations, ensuring metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are consistent and current
  • Advise on best practices, system enhancements, and user governance to improve asset discoverability and efficiency
  • Support workflow automation projects and collaborate on DAM integrations and efficiency initiatives with wider marketing tools (e.g., CMS, PIM, CRM)
  • Partner with creative, marketing, and business unit teams to ensure asset needs are met and DAM adoption is high
  • Leverage knowledge of archived assets to support creative briefs and campaign planning
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing support to stakeholders across teams

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in DAM or digital asset roles, ideally in creative, marketing, or retail environments
  • Experience with enterprise DAM platforms (Aprimo ideal) and metadata standards
  • Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and workflow automation tools
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills
