Job Description

Seeking a Digital Asset Associate for a fulltime position with benefits.

Job Responsibility

  • Images: About 3100 Parts that are spins/3Ds that need to be cleaned and reviewed
  • Photoshopping multiple (42-72) Still images to get final spins/3D images ready to post to Company database
  • Use Adobe Photoshop extensively to clean part images used for 360 spin sets, including background removal, unwanted labels, engineering markings, etc., to meet industry standard requirements
  • Rename files as needed using Microsoft Excel
  • Work closely with the Digital Asset Manager to meet deliverable quotas on 360 spin sets. Quotas will be determined based on complexity of images
  • Special assignments as required. Examples include audits of asset library, ad hoc reports, etc.

Requirements

  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel
  • Adept in using Adobe Photoshop
  • Must have 1+ year of work related experience in Adobe Photoshop

  • Assist Director in planning content for email, homepage, and other digital experiences using merchandising strategies, historical results, and current business trends to guide decision making
  • Communicate merchandising strategies to the Creative and Marketing digital teams to guide messaging priorities and overall product expression
  • Partner with the Ecommerce team to strategize navigation, category structure, landing pages and overall merchandising of the site based on seasonality, analytics and product strategy
  • Approve all web assets and emails prior to launch for merchandise and copy accuracy
  • Curate and merchandise all folders for the launch of each Brand Moment ensuring merchandising strategies are met and the customer experience is prioritized
  • Periodically support VP in executing deliverables for special ad hoc projects
  • Execute daily changes in product ranking for all categories and collection folders, utilizing business strategies, top investments, and featured products to drive curation
  • Proof product pages as they launch to ensure accuracy and the best customer experience. Manage merchandising callouts on website product issues and work with the Ecommerce team to resolve issues quickly
  • Review weekly conversion reports to maximize product selling through placement and navigation
