Job Description

Lead a team to ensure high-performing digital, e-commerce, and business applications drive continuous improvement. The Digital & Applications Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of digital and e-commerce services and business applications within the organisation. This role ensures high availability, performance, and user satisfaction. You will lead a team focused on providing exceptional technical support and application management services, collaborating with stakeholders to align digital solutions with organisational goals and drive digital and application transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee operation, development, and optimisation of ERP and business applications
  • Manage digital and e-commerce channels including websites, web-apps, EDI, punchout, and integrations with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and logistics
  • Lead or participate in digital projects ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in scope
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to support e-commerce campaigns
  • Provide leadership and strategic input to the Operations team and wider business
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies including cybersecurity standards
  • Manage budgets and reporting related to digital and application services

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing digital platforms, business applications support, or IT service management in a multi-branch environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, digital tools, and e-commerce platforms
  • Proven project management and problem-solving skills
