In-depth knowledge of user journey mapping and CRO

Job Responsibility

Manage 3 D2C ecommerce sites and 2 B2B marketplaces
Responsible for the merchandising of Premium brands with a mobile-first approach
Review the online user experience and analytics data to help execute and analyse opportunities and improvements
Feed back insights in a digestible format to senior stakeholders
Assist with the creation and execution of online content for website user experience
