Role Overview: As a Digital and E-Commerce Manager, you will orchestrate the digital ecosystem, including D2C E-commerce, third-party marketplaces, and delivery apps. You will lead digital marketing strategies and CRM initiatives to drive sustainable growth and enhance guest loyalty in the competitive Japan market.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and lead digital marketing strategies (SEO, Meta, Google, Yahoo) to enhance brand awareness
Optimize digital investment to achieve sustainable traffic and guest acquisition growth
Extract insights to develop CRM strategies covering both online and offline channels
Execute innovative digital initiatives and cross-channel campaigns to ensure revenue growth
Lead expansion strategy for third-party marketplaces and delivery platforms
Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business priorities
Requirements:
Business-level English (conversational and writing)
3-6 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM, preferably in retail or tech
2-3 years of people management experience
Experience with E-commerce platforms or marketplaces is a plus
