Job Description

We are looking for a data driven, detail oriented Digital & Category Insight Analyst to support the performance of the Starbucks brand. This role combines brand forecasting with digital sales analytics to provide clear, actionable insights that drive business growth across markets and digital channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain forecasting tools, data models, and reporting infrastructure
  • Provide trend‑based forecast recommendations for product categories and markets
  • Monitor brand performance, LTOs and marketing activities
  • propose improvements
  • Ensure high accuracy of the 12‑month rolling forecast and support P&A with variance analysis
  • Deliver category and product forecasts to SCM to improve ordering and reduce write‑offs
  • Own reporting for digital channels (Rewards, Delivery, MOP, DMB)
  • Deliver insights to support digital sales growth and improve customer database performance
  • Collaborate with BI, IT, Analytics, Finance and external partners to ensure data accuracy and availability

Requirements

  • Experience in analytics, forecasting, digital performance or similar roles
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience working with Power BI
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to express thoughts clearly and precisely
