Approximately 5+ years of experience in a relevant digital product development or data mining role
Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Quicksight and Tableau

Job Responsibility

Strategically plan, coordinate, develop, and manage the deployment of digital analytics capabilities across various digital channels (e.g., public websites, online banking, mobile apps)
Analyze large data sets to represent digital product user behavior, providing objective, value-added insights to help product owners optimize on key performance indicators (e.g., conversions, attribution models, path analysis, cohort analysis)
Support Multivariate and A/B testing by generating core data insights, then suggesting, creating, and executing tests to fundamentally improve the site experience
Establish strong working relationships across business units, translating business objectives into analytics integration and technology strategy requirements
Manage and establish standards for digital analytics, deploying technologies that support the next generation of data collection, including APIs and services for front-end personalization
Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent, complex initiatives in a timely manner, continuously identifying and mitigating potential issues, conflicts, and risks.
