Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Analytics Specialist with 6–8 years of hands-on expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google BigQuery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making by implementing, managing, and optimizing digital analytics solutions across our platforms.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement tracking strategies using Google Tag Manager to capture user interactions across web and mobile platforms
  • Analyze website and app performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain complex queries and dashboards in Google BigQuery to support advanced analytics and reporting needs
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs and ensure accurate data collection
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, user behavior, and conversion opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and tagging issues
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and data privacy regulations

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Strong proficiency in Google BigQuery
  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, cookies, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
