Job Description

The main objective of this role is collecting and analyzing behavioral data of users in our digital channels (My Vodafone App and vodafone.com.tr) in the best way and creating actionable business and technical insights for all teams. Creates a strategy for analytical measurement in digital channels and monitors whether it is progressing correctly. Becomes an advocate of spreading the culture of data-driven business decision making within Vodafone as owner of analytical data in digital.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the analytical needs of squads by analysing web and app data using clickstream tools (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics)
  • Create holistic dashboards and insights by pulling data from different data sources for presentations
  • Make daily/weekly recommendations for optimization of digital customer experience
  • Research and investigate market to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to the business management and core decision makers
  • To prepare requirement document for analytics implementation for digital channels and work closely with technology teams in order to ensure implementation is done correctly
  • Lead QA and UAT of analytics implementations
  • Continuously check-up of analytics codes in digital channels to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
  • Support and train internal end users of digital analytics tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering, pure sciences or business
  • Advance verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good Knowledge on Analytics Tools and Tag Managers (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, GTM, Tealium etc.)
  • Knowledge about website tagging plans, JavaScript and app technologies
  • In-depth understanding of Landing Page/Funnel Optimization
  • Familiarity with CDP, A/B testing tools and Seo
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing
