As a Digital Analyst at TUI, you'll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our customer data platforms and loyalty products forward, helping us deliver exceptional experiences to millions of travellers.
Job Responsibility
Identifying, sourcing, and consolidating data from across the TUI Group into a unified database system
Analyzing platform usage and performance data to identify trends and patterns
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators
Analyzing customer data to identify valuable segments, behaviors, and trends
Supporting A/B testing and experimentation efforts
Creating compelling data visualizations and reports
Working collaboratively with product and technology teams to define performance requirements for new platform features
Requirements
Proven experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting
Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics
Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages
Understanding customer data platforms and digital ecosystems
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
