As a Digital Analyst at TUI, you'll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our customer data platforms and loyalty products forward, helping us deliver exceptional experiences to millions of travellers.

Job Responsibility

  • Identifying, sourcing, and consolidating data from across the TUI Group into a unified database system
  • Analyzing platform usage and performance data to identify trends and patterns
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Analyzing customer data to identify valuable segments, behaviors, and trends
  • Supporting A/B testing and experimentation efforts
  • Creating compelling data visualizations and reports
  • Working collaboratively with product and technology teams to define performance requirements for new platform features

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages
  • Understanding customer data platforms and digital ecosystems
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
