Job Responsibility:

  • Design, deploy, and continuously refine AI-driven decisioning agents to power segmentation, activation, and experimentation initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert, developing comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and playbooks for AI Agent configuration
  • Integrate, deploy, and monitor AI agents across critical platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, content management systems, web analytics, and collaboration tools to automate and enhance marketing workflows
  • Build and maintain robust integrations using APIs, webhooks, and connectors for various platforms including Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Braze, Hightouch, Segment, mParticle, BigMarker, and Workato, alongside analytics solutions and cloud data warehouses
  • Proactively troubleshoot data quality and integration challenges impacting agent performance, collaborating with teams to resolve issues related to data sources, transformations, and identity/consent logic
  • Define rigorous acceptance criteria and test cases, validating agent behavior against business, compliance, and marketing requirements pre- and post-production
  • Develop clear procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures for the entire lifecycle of agent building, approval, deployment, and monitoring
  • Champion best practices, lead enablement sessions, and provide essential tier 2/3 support for agent-related incidents and inquiries
  • Integrate various AI tools to foster coordinated reasoning, shared context, and collaborative workflows across the entire marketing technology stack

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, data science, marketing analytics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience integrating marketing technology platforms and data sources using APIs, webhooks, and SQL
  • Proven experience with CRM & marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot, Braze), Customer Data Platforms & identity solutions (e.g., Hightouch, Segment, mParticle), and journey orchestration
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration concepts, including tool/function calling, agent workflows, and coordination patterns
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and warehouses (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure
  • BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift) and analytics stacks
  • Solid understanding of relational data modeling and SQL
  • Ability to translate complex marketing objectives into actionable agent workflows and audience strategies
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and collaboration workflows
  • Knowledge of identity resolution, consent management, and data governance principles
  • Strong skill in troubleshooting integrations and agent behaviors, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong organizational skills, excellent written/verbal communication, and stakeholder management abilities

  • Exposure to search, vector, or metadata/feature stores
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring for AI systems, including the ability to analyze logs and traces
