You will become Mollie's chief evangelist to the local tech community, turning connections into a powerful commercial force and laying the foundation for our success. You will own the partner strategy, personally source and onboard key players, and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure we win together. Your success in establishing this partner universe is critical to achieving our mission of becoming the most loved payment service provider in Europe.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the partner strategy for the local ecosystem, including clear mapping and a winning playbook
A strong pipeline of high-value partners personally sourced, pitched, and onboarded
A measurable lead generation machine built through co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and events
A robust network of highly engaged Mollie advocates who actively recommend us to their clients
Brand visibility and community presence, positioning Mollie as the go-to expert in the local tech community
Requirements:
A proven track record (3-5 years) in a partnerships or strategic sales role
Deep knowledge of the local e-commerce ecosystem and an established network within the local digital agency or tech community
Fluent in the local market language and English, with deep experience in the local business culture
An entrepreneurial mindset: a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and building something new
A collaborative spirit, skilled at building trust and long-term value with both partners and internal teams
A willingness to travel to visit partners and represent Mollie at events and trade fairs
