Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement digital adoption strategies to help clients effectively embrace enterprise digital platforms
  • Configure and manage Digital Adoption Platforms (with a strong focus on WalkMe) to enhance user experience and accelerate time-to-value
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify adoption gaps and define targeted improvement initiatives
  • Create in-app guidance (walkthroughs, tooltips, onboarding flows) to support users through key processes
  • Contribute to consulting projects in complex environments, supporting clients through digital transformation initiatives
  • Help evolve Arsenalia’s internal capabilities in digital experience and adoption
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Technology, Change Management) in dynamic and international contexts

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Digital Adoption Platforms, with preferred interest in WalkMe or MyMeta (configuration, deployment, and management)
  • Solid understanding of digital enablement, user onboarding, and change management practices
  • Knowledge of enterprise digital processes and user adoption dynamics
  • Experience working in consulting environments or with enterprise clients
  • Interest in innovative digital adoption platform solutions (e.g., WalkMe or similar platforms)
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering training or enablement programs for end users
  • Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for DAP customization
  • PROSCI Change Management certification
