Digital ADHD Prescriber – Join Our Innovative Remote Mental Health Team Are you an experienced ADHD Specialist Independent Prescriber looking to make a meaningful impact in mental healthcare? We are seeking a dedicated Digital ADHD Prescriber to join our dynamic, remote team providing high-quality, patient-centered ADHD treatment across the UK. This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary of £61,000 per annum (FTE), with fantastic benefits designed to support your professional growth and work-life balance. About the Role – Digital ADHD Prescriber As a Digital ADHD Prescriber, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based prescribing and management for adults with ADHD via our secure digital platforms. Working closely with Psychiatrist consultants and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll oversee patient titration, medication reviews, and ongoing treatment plans. Your role will involve autonomous prescribing in line with NICE guidelines, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care in a remote environment. This position offers a 2-year contract with flexible hours (minimum 24 hours/week), providing a rewarding opportunity to innovate within digital mental health services. You will receive a £2,000 joining bonus and an additional £1,000 annual home working allowance, ensuring your comfort and productivity while working remotely.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide evidence-based prescribing for adults with ADHD, adhering to NICE guidelines and internal policies
  • Manage a caseload of patients through titration and treatment phases using our digital platform
  • Respond promptly to patient queries, ensuring clarity and support
  • Conduct End of Titration Reviews (EOTRs) and annual medication reviews meticulously
  • Exercise autonomous prescribing rights, escalating complex cases where necessary
  • Perform risk assessments and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records within digital systems
  • Participate actively in audits, service development projects, and quality improvements
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision and team meetings
  • Help refine clinical pathways and prescribing protocols to enhance service quality

Requirements:

  • NMC registered RMN or RN (Adult/LD/Children's)
  • V300 Independent & Supplementary Prescribing qualification
  • Minimum 1 year post-prescribing experience in ADHD services (NHS or private)
  • Experience managing medication initiation, titration, and care
  • GPhC registered with Non-Medical Prescribing qualification
  • Minimum 1 year post-prescribing experience in ADHD or similar services
  • Experience in medication management and titration

Nice to have:

  • Additional mental health or neurodevelopmental training
  • Knowledge of stimulant and non-stimulant ADHD medications
  • Experience working remotely using digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and clinical governance
