Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the Digital Acquisition Manager will own and scale digital acquisition for Vitaco’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) stores across multiple brands and regions. The mission is to drive profitable new-to-brand growth, strengthen customer lifetime value, and accelerate payback horizons as Vitaco expands internationally—with a key focus on the USA. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution across performance marketing, analytics, and optimisation, ensuring Vitaco’s digital ecosystem continues to deliver exceptional growth and customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and implementation of Vitaco’s 3-year eCommerce acquisition strategy across ANZ, USA, and the Middle East
Translate business and brand goals into actionable digital marketing plans focused on customer acquisition and profitable growth
Manage end-to-end performance media, including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, influencer, affiliate, GEO, and SEO programs
Oversee budget stewardship across multiple markets, ensuring responsible pacing, forecasting, and ROI delivery
Manage the digital marketing calendar – campaigns, promotions, product drops, and seasonal activations
Deliver clear performance analytics (ROAS, CAC/CPA, NTB, revenue, LTV, MER) with actionable insights and recommendations
Drive continuous experimentation – testing creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages using CRO and A/B testing tools
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams across Brand, eCommerce, Creative, Sales, and Operations to deliver integrated campaigns
Foster a test-and-learn culture, ensuring optimisation of creative, bidding, and channel mix to maximise efficiency and impact
Stay ahead of digital trends, leveraging new technologies and AI tools to strengthen acquisition performance
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
4+ years’ hands-on experience in performance marketing within a DTC eCommerce environment
Proven ability to scale spend while improving efficiency and customer quality
Demonstrated capability in managing multi-market campaigns, ideally with exposure to the US market
Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, CRO, and attribution models
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and advanced analytics tools such as GA4 and Power BI
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and agencies
