The Digital Account Manager drives customer engagement and revenue growth by building strong relationships, understanding customer business priorities, and aligning Microsoft solutions to deliver value. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for adoption and expansion, and orchestrating resources to achieve business outcomes. The Digital Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging market insights and technical knowledge to help customers maximize their Microsoft investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 3+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work experience OR 5+ years sales and negotiation experience OR equivalent experience
  • Advanced proficiency in English, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders

Nice to have
