Job Responsibility:

  • Determine the priority for each account in the portfolio, identify and orchestrate resources and sales plays to execute against prioritization, and help customers drive value from existing Microsoft investments
  • Collaborate with others, both internally across teams and externally to Microsoft to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and qualify opportunities and pursue through lifecycle and drive adoption through to cross-sell/upsell to new opportunities
  • Stay up to date on Microsoft offers and solutions, using knowledge to engage with customers and with internal teams
  • Develop and implement a plan to build and maintain product and solution expertise
  • Develop relationships across an extended team and embraces partners to scale business
  • ensures sales consumption and adoption goals on target

Requirements:

  • Fluency at a professional level in Norwegian and English is essential
  • Extensive experience in sales and negotiation with year-over-year growth OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing or related field AND proven experience in sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship with year-over-year growth OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND demonstrable experience in sales and negotiation or related work
