The Digital Account Executive facilitates Microsoft to better serve our SME&C clients realize the potential and help them on their Digital Transformation journey. The Account Executive adds value by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships that include building relationships with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) as well as other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers’ organizations. The role has to effective leverage all the digital tools available and orchestrate the other members of the team to address customer needs and requirements. Additionally, the Account Executive engages with Partners to be able to find the best solution that will address the customer needs.
Job Responsibility:
Account Management: Develops and oversees the execution of account plans
Leads extended team and embraces partners to scale business
Ensures achievement of revenue and consumption targets
Thinks strategically about customer planning for assigned accounts
Anticipates moves within assigned accounts, as well as potential problems and ways to mitigate risks
Expands network of key internal and external partners for accounts
Sales Excellence: Seeks customer feedback
Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams and key stakeholders
Educates decision makers of assigned accounts on Microsoft's value proposition
Develops value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers
Implements strategies to engage relevant stakeholders of assigned accounts
Industry Knowledge: Proactively builds and maintains a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the customers' business strategy and the direction of the industry
Engagement: Builds and maintains relationships with executives and business and technical decision makers at high levels of the customer's organization
Proactively develops a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business and technology needs and priorities
Understands customer drivers of business transformation and leads new opportunities
Requirements:
8+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
Fluent both in English and Korean language
10+ years of technology sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth (Preferred)
OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work (Preferred)
Education Industry knowledge and experience desired (Preferred)
