Our platform powers modern Account-Based Marketing and B2B digital advertising solutions, combining AI-driven marketing intelligence, proprietary data, and performance-driven media execution. We’re looking for an Account Executive who knows how to hunt, consult, and close. This is a high-impact role for a seller who thrives in complex sales cycles, enjoys working with sophisticated buyers, and wants to sell solutions that genuinely move the needle for marketers. Job Responsibility:
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of agency and brand-direct opportunities
Drive new business through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and events
Lead discovery, pitch, and proposal conversations with marketing leaders and agency executives
Sell consultatively - connecting AdDaptive’s data, ABM, and media capabilities to measurable business outcomes
Close new business and expand existing accounts into long-term partnerships
Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure strong onboarding and retention
Maintain accurate forecasting, deal notes, and pipeline activity in CRM
Represent AdDaptive at industry events and client meetings as needed
Requirements:
3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in adtech, martech, B2B media, or a related industry
Proven ability to source and close new business
Experience selling to agencies and/or brand-direct marketing teams
Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Organized, metric-driven, and comfortable managing a full pipeline independently
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
