The Salesforce Digital Account Executive is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor who works with top European prospects and customers in the nonprofit and NGO spaces to evangelise our marketing and commerce platform solutions that deliver relevant, personalised journeys across channels and devices. We are seeking an experienced quota-carrying sales executive who can work both as part of a broader Account Team and as an Individual Contributor driving self-generated sales opportunities focused on the full Salesforce Marketing and Commerce technology stack.
Job Responsibility:
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and IT leaders, ensuring long-term value and growth
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with internal teams, such as Sales Engineers, Partners, and Professional Services
Develop comprehensive account strategies aligned with customer business objectives, driving revenue and ensuring satisfaction
Represent Salesforce at industry events, showcasing our vision for the future of innovation in the assigned industry verticals
Requirements:
Proven success in SaaS sales
Demonstrated ability in both new business development and strategic account management within a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and crafting compelling value propositions
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly with C-suite executives
Passion for innovation, teamwork, and driving transformational change
Relevant experience of selling into Social Services / Non Profit verticals would be ideal!
