Job Description:

Hunter Gatherer AHP is seeking a Band 6 Dietitian for a locum role based in London. This is an ongoing contract with flexibility for up to full-time hours and immediate start. The role involves providing specialist dietetic care to oncology patients, conducting nutritional assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibility:

provide specialist dietetic care to oncology patients across treatment pathways
conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualised care plans
liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams both in-person and remotely
maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records

Requirements:

HCPC-registered Dietitian
experience in dietetics essential
excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
proficiency in remote consultation platforms (if working remotely)
