  • See newly diagnosed patients on the wards and provide Level 3 carbohydrate counting
  • Follow up patients in the community in a range of outpatient clinics, home visits, phone reviews and school visits
  • Attend weekly MDT clinics and have an active role in contributing in weekly MDT meetings
