Job Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective implementation of nutritional care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as needed to achieve optimal health outcomes
  • Conduct nutrition education sessions for patients, families, and staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and nutrition plans
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (n/a)
  • Prior experience in dietetics or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
