Job Responsibility:

clinical assessments
nutritional care plan development and monitoring
nutritional counseling
staff training
development and implementation of wellness initiatives

Requirements:

Associates Degree in Dietetics Technology and registered with the American Dietetic Association OR Bachelors Degree in Nutrition with 1-3 years related experience
Valid NYS drivers license
