Job Description

Responsible for the accurate preparation of meals for all diet types and daily forecast/tally for food production and assisting the clinical dietitian(s) and diet technician(s). Directly communicates with patients and/or patient care team regarding meal preferences and physician prescribed diets. Provides direct high quality customer service in all aspects of the job, to include running the tray line and passing trays.
