  • Cleans, organizes and sanitizes food service equipment and areas
  • Maintains the inventory and restocks supplies on a regular basis. Monitors related expiration dates
  • Assists the DSM and Dietary Lead with ordering, tracking and delivering meals, snacks, supplies and supplements
