Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent preferred
Must have valid G driver's license or capable of completing upon date of hire
Must have Safe Food Handler Certification
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Must be physically able to perform all assigned tasks
Applicants must have the ability to workdays, evenings, nights, and weekends depending on the schedule

Job Responsibility

Food preparation and distribution of patient and resident meals including transportation of patient meal cart to and from patient care areas
Maintain food safety standards at all times
Must have flexibility to work shifts as assigned, mainly days and weekends
Must adhere to organizational policies and procedures concerning cleaning, hand hygiene and the use of Personal Protective Equipment in support of Infection Control measures and attend training when necessary
