The Diagnostics and Genomics Sales Specialist, India for Cytiva is responsible for leading the Diagnostics and Genomics portfolio strategy and tactics in India. This position is part of the APAC Diagnostics and Genomics team located in Mumbai, Hyderabad or Bangalore, and will be fully remote with regular travel to customer sites in India. Job Responsibility:
Attain sales through direct customer interactions and collaboration with account managers, channel team and marketing team
Work closely with India, APAC and global teams to set and execute strategies and tactics, report metrics, and secure necessary support and solutions
Participate in the planning process, including strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts. Engage in regular financial and operational reviews such as revenue assessments and project meetings to monitor progress
Provide comprehensive support, including product demonstrations, seminars, training, and assistance to meet territory sales objectives
Offer insights to the commercial teams on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to enhance customer value through expanded company offerings
Requirements:
Master's degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, immunology, life sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in the diagnostics, life sciences, medical, or healthcare-related industry
Experience in the immunodiagnostics assay fields is required
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Chemiluminescence, Next Generation Sequencing, or Organoid
