Job Description

Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for our Ultrasound Department at Baptist ED Silverleaf in St. Augustine, Florida. This is a Part-Time, evening shift opportunity, 2:30 PM to 3:00 AM, 2 shifts/week. Participation in call rotation, including weekends and holiday coverage, is required. At Baptist Health, our Diagnostic Sonographers play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging by performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, assisting physicians, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of Experience Working in a Hospital Setting
  • 1-2 years Hospital-based department-specific work experience
  • Ultrasound Experience
  • Experience with vascular ultrasound
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience with Pediatrics
  • Experience in Neonatal
  • Licensed Technologist in Vascular Sonography ARRT (VS) - ARRT
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - ARDMS
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
  • Registered Technologist in Sonography - ARRT
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) - ARDMS
  • Driver's License - DMV
  • Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) - CCI - Cardiovascular
  • Vocational School - Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • must pass certification in Sonography from the ARDMS or ARRT (S) within 18 months of hire date

Nice to have

Pediatric and ED experience preferred
