Job Description

Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for our Ultrasound Department at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity. At Baptist Health, our Diagnostic Sonographers play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging by performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, assisting physicians, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.

  • Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of Experience Working in a Hospital Setting
  • 1-2 years Hospital-based department-specific work experience
  • Ultrasound Experience
  • Experience with vascular ultrasound
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Vocational School - Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Driver's License - DMV
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
  • Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) - CCI - Cardiovascular
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) - ARDMS
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT - ARRT
  • Registered Technologist in Sonography - ARRT
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - ARDMS

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • ARDMS - registered required RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR)
