Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant to join our Imaging team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the qualified radiographers with their day-to-day duties and to provide patient support for patients attending the imaging department at OSH
  • The post requires a flexible approach to working days/hours to meet the needs of the service
  • The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours

Requirements

  • Minimum five GCSEs or equivalent (Grades A-C) to include Math, English and a Science Subject, or NVQ Level
  • Experience in undertaking patient care, tasks and activities across modalities, ideally within a healthcare/private healthcare setting
