Job Description

This role is key in delivering an exceptional, effective structured diabetes education service for patients across the UK (evening and weekend availability is required). Flexibility is required and offered.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivery of the EMPOWER programme to patients
  • Delivery of face to face courses within the advertised area and occasional video courses
  • Ensuring EMPOWER programmes are delivered in accordance with curriculum, syllabus, educator handbook, lesson plan and service(s) Operating Manuals
  • Ensure delivery of the EMPOWER programme in accordance with all Spirit policies and procedures
