Job Description:

This role is key in delivering an exceptional, effective structured diabetes education service for patients across the UK. Flexibility is required and offered. This role is for someone ready to grab an opportunity and run with it.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering an exceptional, effective structured diabetes education service for patients across the UK
  • Delivery of the EMPOWER programme to patients
  • Delivery of face-to-face courses within the advertised area and occasional video courses
  • Ensuring EMPOWER programmes are delivered in accordance with the curriculum, syllabus, educator handbook, lesson plan and service(s) Operating Manual
  • Ensure delivery of the EMPOWER programme in accordance with all Spirit policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Clinical/non-clinical educator with experience in teaching/training adults
  • Enthusiastic self-starter
