Job Responsibility

  • Lead, control, and coordinate implementation of the Engineering Department QA/QC program across all projects
  • Ensure effective operation and continuous improvement of quality systems
  • Maintain and update standard drawings, specifications, policies, procedures, and manuals
  • Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct audits for projects, including verification of test certificates
  • Perform periodic audits during project development to ensure compliance with contract terms, engineering standards, applicable codes and regulations
  • Review QA/QC documents at various project milestones
  • Ensure compliance with engineering codes, client specifications, and industry standards
  • Review Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) procedures for client approval
  • Monitor fabrication, testing, and start-up activities to ensure QA/QC compliance
  • Control inward material inspection, stage-wise inspection, and final examination
  • Oversee procurement inspections for all projects
  • Manage ASME Quality Systems (U, U2 & R Stamp)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, OSHA, and EMS auditing requirements
  • Support System Safety Certification processes
  • Liaise with Third-Party Agencies (TPA) for qualification, inspection, final approvals
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Supervise QA/QC technical and clerical staff
  • Guide engineering teams on quality standards and procedures
  • Conduct audits of document control processes
  • Assist in reviewing project close-out documentation
  • Handle additional assignments as required by management
  • Adapt to role changes under job rotation policies and evolving business needs
