We are seeking an individual to lead and accelerate key initiatives within the ARC Transformation function, supporting the Record-to-Report (R2R) domain. This role focuses on delivering the 3‑year transformation roadmap, enhancing operational efficiency, driving innovation, and enabling strategic outcomes through strong cross-functional collaboration. The individual will bring subject matter expertise, steer digital transformation, and provide insights that influence senior stakeholders across VOIS and local markets
Job Responsibility:
Drive strategic alignment of R2R transformation programmes to the 3‑year roadmap while ensuring initiatives support long-term organisational goals
Accelerate digital transformation by promoting technology adoption and data-led decision making
Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and identifying optimisation opportunities
Foster innovation through collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
Improve change management effectiveness to support adoption of new processes and tools
Generate timely and insightful dashboards and project analyses to support executive reporting
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across VOIS, local markets, and global teams to influence decision-making
Support SLT reporting and provide visibility of transformation progress within Finance Shared Services
Requirements:
Experienced in leading cross-functional R2R transformation programmes involving process redesign and technology adoption
Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination
Equipped with an analytical and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and problem‑solve systematically
Able to influence stakeholders without direct authority
A Commerce graduate with relevant additional qualifications such as Lean, Green/Black Belt, PMP, or semi-qualified CA
Organised, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity
Proficient in advanced Excel, BI tools, and financial systems
knowledge of SAP is an advantage
