Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Dewatering Technicians to join our team. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our dewatering processes, ensuring maximum efficiency in water management systems across our operations. You will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot dewatering equipment while contributing to sustainable mining practices that protect our environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for Bore Fields & Pit Dewatering
  • Fuel transfer systems
  • Reverse Osmosis & Wastewater Treatment Plants
  • Maintain water transfer systems
  • Operate mobile equipment as required
  • Assist the village maintenance team as required
  • Implement, maintain, and improve company policies & procedures
  • Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety

Requirements:

  • Driven and motivated with a high commitment to quality of work, safety and your teammate
  • Experience as a dewatering technician in a mining or heavy industry environment
  • Proven experience with Open pit dewatering experience with submersible and surface pumping units and associated equipment
  • Current Australian HR driver's license
  • Poly welding Tickets
  • IT Loader, Excavator and Dogman tickets - Desirable
  • Flexible and versatile attitude
  • Work autonomously in remote locations
