Job Description:

A leading global consultancy is looking for an experienced hybrid devOps and Performance specialist to superhead critical national infrastructure projects. You will essentially ensure the resilience and scalability of a massive cloud-native environment. This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between infrastructure stability and rigorous performance validation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Infrastructure & CI/CD: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment cycles
  • Performance Engineering: Lead the charge on system reliability by executing complex performance test runs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing upgrades
  • System Integrity: Proactively monitor the service environment, diagnosing faults within the cloud infrastructure and delivering detailed technical reports
  • Collaboration: Work as a core member of the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless environmental upgrades and stability

Requirements:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Deep hands-on experience with AWS
  • Orchestration: Proven expertise in Kubernetes and containerized environments
  • Automation & Scripting: Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • CI/CD Tooling: Expert knowledge of Jenkins and Concourse
  • Performance Testing: Extensive experience writing test strategies and using tools such as JMeter, K6, Postman, or Swagger
  • Infrastructure as Code: Solid experience with Ansible
  • Observability: Proficiency with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK)
  • Testing Philosophy: A background in both manual testing and automated performance validation
