DevOps Technical Lead

• Develop and execute a comprehensive backend, infrastructure, and DevOps strategy to support organizational goals
• Design and implement scalable and secure systems that ensure reliability and efficiency
• Investigate and resolve complex performance issues across infrastructure and integrations
• Lead the development of backend systems, coding standards, API integrations, and overall architecture
• Direct cloud strategies, infrastructure tooling, automation processes, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Assess and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor infrastructure effectiveness
• Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure early detection of issues
• Optimize infrastructure costs while managing budgets effectively
• Communicate technical solutions and strategies clearly to stakeholders across various levels of the organization

• 5–10 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend systems and infrastructure
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including automation, deployments, monitoring, and ensuring system reliability
• Demonstrated ability to optimize web application performance and scale systems effectively
• Experience managing frontend and database infrastructure, with a focus on addressing architectural inefficiencies
• Familiarity with working in Agile environments and collaborating across teams
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Expertise in tools such as Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform
• ASP.NET Framework
