Job Responsibility:

  • Designing, pLanning VDI environments
  • Ensuring Service SLA/KPI of VDI services
  • Ensuring Governance, security, Design, Topology and Best practices
  • Capacity Management: Licence/software planning and monitoring the license and software demands
  • Budget Planning Hardware, software and license budget planning
  • Hardware determination of hardware details (quantity,model,ram,cpu) within capacity increase and Technological refreshment of existing environment
  • Trens Analysis:Analyzing the VDI environments and determining the resource(hardaware,software,license) and operational(head count, process, documentation) needs that may arise in the future
  • Architectural Design and Management: Disaster Recovery: Designing the redundant structures of VDI environments, determining the needs and creating DR scenarios
  • Business Continuity: Business continuity planning of VDI environments, management of analysis, solution Design, applicability, testing and acceptance and coordination with the VDI application layer
  • Project Management and Reporting: Product, Infrastructure and Architectural Experience (Road Map): Align with the VFTR business objectives of the VDI environments
  • Release of Road Map, which includes technology design change, capacity change, major upgrade planning and commissioning of new features
  • Collaboration with stakeholders: Ensuring communication coordination between internal service owners (CRM, IVR, Sales, Call Center, etc.) and VDI service manager, taking a role as a project manager in related projects
  • Service Management: Ensuring VDI Service SLA/KPIs (Incident, Availability, Change, etc.) within expected targets and evaluating necessary improvement actions with VDI service manager regularly
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on active usage, capacity, SLA, KPI, performance, security and patching related to VDI environments and evaluating necessary improvement actions with VDI service manager regularly

Requirements:

  • Exceptional work ethic and time management skills, ability to work well independently and as part of a team, good prioritization skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with peers and cross-functional team members from a variety of business functions
  • Effective presentation, reporting and documentation skills
  • Ability to improve personal capabilities and skills under changing technology environments

  • Good command of written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate / Advanced)
  • Bachelor Degree (Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education or related experience)
  • At least 8 years of experience in medium/large organizations
  • Experience with Citrix technologies, Citrix XenServer, CVAD (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 22.03 LTSR or later), Citrix NetScaler, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS)
  • Experience in configuring and managing complex Citrix environments containing NetScaler, Storefront, Firewalls, and other supporting Technologies
  • Must have experience in deploying and managing large Citrix environments with over 2000 concurrent users
  • Basic knowledge of network , Firewall troubleshoot experience.
